The PAC Leadership and Organisational Studies Journal (PLOSJ) exists to advance high-quality research that deepens our understanding of what drives effective leadership at the level of individuals, teams, institutions, and wider systems. The journal is committed to continuously renewing and expanding leadership discourse, practice, and policy by championing bold, forward-looking scholarship.
While leadership often emerges informally, it is also shaped by individuals who occupy formal managerial and governance roles. For this reason, PLOSJ prioritizes research that delivers practical insights and actionable value for leaders and managers operating across diverse sectors, cultures, and organisational contexts.
