The PAC Leadership and Organisational Studies Journal (PLOSJ) exists to advance high-quality research that deepens our understanding of what drives effective leadership at the level of individuals, teams, institutions, and wider systems. While leadership often emerges informally, it is also shaped by individuals who occupy formal managerial and governance roles.
