Information For Authors

Responsibilities of Authors
1. Reporting standards
Authors of reports of original research should present an accurate account of the work performed as well as an objective discussion of its significance. Underlying data should be represented accurately in the paper. A paper should contain sufficient detail and references to permit others to replicate the work. Fraudulent or knowingly giving inaccurate statements constitutes unethical behavior and is unacceptable.
2. Data Access and Retention
Authors are asked to provide the raw data in connection with a paper for editorial review, and should be prepared to provide public access to such if practicable, and should, in any event, be prepared to retain such data for a reasonable time after publication.
3. Originality and Plagiarism
The authors should ensure that they have written entirely original works, and if the authors have used the work and/or words of others, that this has been appropriately cited or quoted. The journal will thus conduct a plagiarism check to ascertain this.
4. Multiple, Redundant or Concurrent Publication
An author should not submit manuscripts describing essentially the same research in more than one journal. Submitting the same manuscript to more than one journal concurrently constitutes unethical publishing behavior and is unacceptable.
5. Acknowledgement of Sources
Proper acknowledgment of the work of others must always be given. Authors should cite publications that have been influential in determining the nature of the reported work.
6. Authorship of the Paper
Authorship should be limited to those who have made a significant contribution to the conception, design, execution, or interpretation of the reported study. All those who have made significant contributions should be listed as co-authors. Where there are others who have participated in certain substantive aspects of the research project, they should be acknowledged or listed as contributors.
The corresponding author(s) should ensure that all appropriate co-authors and no inappropriate co-authors are included on the paper, and that all co-authors have seen and approved the final version of the paper and have agreed to its submission for publication.
7. Disclosure and Conflicts of Interest
All authors should disclose in their manuscript any financial or other substantive conflict of interest that might be construed to influence the results or interpretation of their manuscript. All sources of financial support for the project should be disclosed.
8. Fundamental errors in published works
When an author discovers a significant error or inaccuracy in his/her own published work, it is the author's obligation to promptly notify the journal editor or publisher and cooperate with the Editor to retract or correct the paper.
Publication Ethics
PAC-JEHSS adheres to international publication ethics. Authors must ensure:
· Ethical approval for studies involving human participants
· Confidentiality and informed consent
· Transparent reporting of methods and results
· Disclosure of conflicts of interest
· Accurate representation of data and findings
Plagiarism, data manipulation, duplicate publication, or unethical research practices will result in rejection or retraction.

Manuscript Language
PAC-JEHSS requires manuscripts submitted to meet international English language standards to be considered for publication. For authors who would like their manuscript to receive language editing or proofreading to improve the clarity of the manuscript and help highlight their research, PAC-JEHSS recommends language-editing services provided by external partners at an extra cost (40 USD above the regular article publication charge of 100 USD). Note that sending your manuscript for language editing does not imply or guarantee that it will be accepted for publication by PAC-JEHSS. Editorial decisions on the scientific content of a manuscript are independent of whether it has received language editing or proofreading by external partner services or other services.

By submitting a manuscript to PAC-JEHSS, it is understood that it is an original manuscript and is unpublished work that is not under consideration elsewhere. If the Editor in Chief does not receive any response from the author within the stipulated time period, then the Editorial Board shall take strict action against the concerned author.
In case plagiarism is detected and validated, the following actions will be taken, depending on the nature and severity of the case:
- If a paper is still in peer review, it shall be returned to the author with a request that they address the issues through appropriate citation, use of quotation marks, or rewriting.
- If the similarity between the manuscripts is too extensive for revision, it shall be rejected.
- If the paper is already published online, a correction, expression of concern, or retraction shall be published. The PDF copy of the published manuscript shall be retracted from the website and disable all links to the full-text article. The term Plagiarized Manuscript shall be appended to the published manuscript title.
The Editorial Board will take due care to assess the plagiarism, but in case plagiarism is found in published manuscripts/papers, it is the sole duty of the original contributor to report the plagiarized content to us.
